ShowingTime synced appointments in FUB
Now, you can automatically sync your ShowingTime appointments with Follow Up Boss - so you can manage your ShowingTime appointments directly from FUB.
With fewer manual updates and everything centralized in FUB, you can manage your follow-up more efficiently — no need to jump back into the PA app anymore.
Make sure you have linked your FUB and Zillow accounts for your appointments to start syncing to FUB!
Get a clear view of your buyers’ activity — all in one place on FUB desktop
Home Activity on FUB desktop builds on the Homes tab in mobile, giving you a centralized view of buyer activity from all lead sources — all in one place. This helps you follow up faster and stay organized, without needing to switch between tools.
Now, your buyer’s browsing activity is neatly grouped by property and organized into two clear tabs: Browsing and Inquiries. At a glance, you can see which homes your buyers have viewed or saved, as well as any inquiries they’ve made, including Zillow tour requests.
With clearer insights and easier access, Home Activity helps you manage your outreach more efficiently — now seamlessly available in FUB desktop.
See the My Agent status of your Zillow connections in FUB
As of April 29, you will be able to see your My Agent relationship status in Follow Up Boss. This will help you stay informed, organized, and take timely action to maintain and strengthen your connections—all without switching between platforms.
Make sure you have two-way integration enabled so you can see this live.
Navigate to FUB about the connection call
Starting April 30, Premier Agent partners with a two-way integration enabled will notice a smoother post-connection transition to FUB. After receiving a connection call, you will be automatically directed to FUB, so you can start managing your communications directly in FUB. This helps you stay organized, reduce friction, and focus on what matters: building client relationships and closing deals.
See buyer Zillow activity in FUB
You can access your buyer's Zillow activity from the past 4 weeks directly in FUB as soon as you get a Zillow connection. In addition to tracking future activity, you'll also see their past activity, including viewed, saved, shared, and hidden homes. Make sure you have your two-way integration enabled to access this feature.
Find buyer activity quicker in the new Homes tab
Seeing the homes your clients care about just became faster and more organized in our iPhone and Android apps. With the new Homes Tab, you’ll now see buyers’ activity — like homes they’ve viewed, saved and shared — in a streamlined, categorized format. No more sifting through long logs to find key insights.
My Agent tour appointments in FUB
In addition to Real-Time Touring appointments, you can also get your My Agent tour appointments for ShowingTime-enabled properties directly within Follow Up Boss.
With this new feature, when you accept a tour request from a My Agent connection on ShowingTime-enabled properties, those appointments will automatically sync to your FUB calendar (two-way integration required), eliminating the need for manual entry.
You’ll also be able to easily reschedule or cancel appointments in ShowingTime, with any changes reflected to your appointment in FUB, saving you valuable time.
You can now access the FUB Playbook for Flex partners
In a competitive real estate market, the ability to manage leads effectively is a critical advantage. The FUB Playbook is rolling out to Flex partners since February 24, it equips Flex teams with pre-built workflows, smart list configurations, and Zillow-integrated insights to ensure agents are focused on the right opportunities at the right time. By combining actionable data, intuitive workflows, and proven strategies, it helps agents stay focused, work smarter, and empowered to close more deals—all while creating seamless, high-quality experiences for clients.
Smart Summary and Smart Messages open beta
Smart Summary and Smart Messages open beta started on February 28. These features provide your team with brief, high-level recaps of a lead’s history and personalized, relevant messages to use. The purpose is to help them skip the scrolling and focus on closing deals.
Team leads can ask about joining the open beta. You're encouraged to use these features as part of your daily outreach to clients, and provide feedback so we can make further improvements.
