With new features that further streamline your lead management tasks, spark deeper connections with consumers and grow your business, the updated app helps you solve your biggest challenges of managing your leads in one place and monitoring your business while on the road. If you use Premier Agent Concierge, the Premier Agent App gives you more control than ever in determining the best way to handle each incoming lead. Last but not least, you can finally work all your leads in one place.

We know how important it is to have one place to manage all your leads — not just the ones you get through Zillow and Trulia. The Premier Agent App now offers two ways to integrate your third-party leads. Connect your Gmail account — or use your Premier Agent email address — to add your leads from third-party sources including homes.com, realtor.com and many others. Stay tuned as we add even more lead sources, and let us know which ones you use.
Knowing how your Zillow and Trulia investment is performing is the key to getting maximum ROI. The user-friendly dashboard helps you spot trends and opportunities to leverage your Zillow and Trulia leads. You can also view your lead performance over any time period using the new date picker. View a breakdown of buyers, sellers and other contact types as well as real-time and historical advertising data.
The more you know about each lead’s readiness to buy or sell, the better you can tailor your services to provide a five-star experience. The app’s insights give you context to make your first conversation relevant and productive by displaying a lead’s search behavior on Zillow and Trulia, and when possible, showing their pre-approval status and social media engagement.
For agents who use Premier Agent Concierge, we’re excited to offer better integration and more customization with the service. Premier Agents can opt in to have Concierge simultaneously broadcast leads to specific team members so you can balance their workloads and manage their pipelines.
Work the leads you want, and let Premier Agent Concierge handle the rest of them. Anytime you want to work a lead yourself, simply tap a button in the app to remove it from the Concierge queue, which lets them know you’re taking the lead back.
You can also reassign a lead to a team member while Concierge is working that lead.
