Introducing the Premier Agent App

At the Zillow Group Premier Agent^® Forum, an annual event which brings together thousands of Premier Agents to meet with Zillow Group leadership, Schwartz shared the latest tool to help real estate agents respond to lead inquiries faster — and capture more of them.

The Premier Agent App was built specifically to give real estate agents everything they need to respond to their Zillow and Trulia leads more quickly and intelligently — in other words, it arms them with contact profile and property info — at any time and from anywhere. On one easily accessible screen on your mobile device, the app displays the contact's message details and a profile summary on the property they're inquiring about.

The app helps you manage your incoming leads as well as your listings, reviews and Zillow Group profile. Even if you only get a contact's email, you can plug it into the app and Social Insights will populate the entry with information the contact made available through social media platforms. You can quickly update a contact's status based on their buying or selling readiness.

Behind the wheel when a contact comes in? The Premier Agent App can read the text message to you so you stay focused on driving. After you use the app to forward an incoming contact, you can listen to a recorded playback of the conversation between your team member and the contact.

Schwartz stressed that the Premier Agent App was created in direct response to feedback from real estate agents, and it was built to deliver the user experience they asked for. The app not only helps agents be more efficient and productive when they're on the road, but it also provides access to vital resources such as the Premier Agent Resource Center. The Premier Agent App is free to any real estate agent with a Zillow Group profile and will be available in mid-November.
