We’ve heard you! While you appreciate the quality of live connections to home shoppers, you also want leads who weren’t ready to be connected.
That’s why we’re evolving PA4 to turn up the volume on your leads and simplify how we notify you when you have new leads.

Previously we validated all leads who didn’t select a specific agent; we nurtured those who weren’t yet ready for an agent and connected you live to those who were.
We’ve streamlined our validation and now we’re sending to you those leads who weren’t ready to be connected via live transfer. This way you’ll get additional opportunities and regain control of the lead nurture process. The number of these leads you receive is based on your Premier Agent Advertising share of voice.
These leads will be marked for you to “follow up when you can” in your notifications and inbox.
We’ll provide you with additional lead information when we know it (for example, we’ll let you know when a lead’s looking to rent and not buy or unresponsive) to give you more insight into how to nurture them.
These are all your leads to work. If you’d prefer that we continue nurturing leads on your behalf, please contact your business consultant. It’s your choice.
Until now, when you received a lead from us, we notified you by email, push notification, text message and an automated phone call (a “text-to-call alert”). We’re simplifying the notifications by disabling the automated “text-to-call alerts.”
This way, you’ll only receive a phone call from us when we have a live connection ready to talk to you. We’ll continue to use email, push notification and text message alerts, so you’ll know the minute a new lead hits your inbox.
Our lead validation process is now more straightforward for home shoppers and is designed to deliver more leads to you. We no longer ask home shoppers if they’re already working with an agent before we connect them to you.*
Our goal is to give you as many high-value live connections as we can. Beginning Jan. 12, 2019, our teams will work seven days a week, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
*We encourage Premier Agents to comply with the best practices and codes of conduct in their geography that may pertain to conversations with home shoppers who already have buyer’s agents.
