In the last month, Premier Agent introduced exciting updates for team leaders, provided more ways to deliver home recommendations to clients and announced a new market for our 3D Home app. Read on to get the details on these updates and more.

Greater visibility for team leaders

Recent updates to the Premier Agent CRM give team leaders more visibility and control. Team leaders can now:

  • See the status of their team’s My Agent relationships
  • View the Zillow and Trulia activity of clients their team members are working with
  • Send My Agent invitations to clients on behalf of team members

Label changes for routing rules

Updated labels in the CRM’s routing rules section now provide additional clarity about how connections and leads are routed. Now when team leaders access their routing rules, they’ll see:

  • The section “Phone Lead Broadcast” has become “Direct Call Routing (Broadcast)”

  • The section “Email Lead Rules” has changed to “Connections and Other Leads”

Text Trulia home recs from the app

Just like with your Zillow leads, you can now use our AI-powered home recommendations to text your Trulia leads with homes you think they’ll love. All you have to do is open the Premier Agent App and start a text thread with any Zillow or Trulia lead (or go to an existing thread), tap the “add a home” icon in the bottom left of the thread and then choose a home to send. Customize your message, then tap send. Make sure you have the latest version of the app to access this feature.

Zillow 3D Home now live in San Diego

Zillow 3D Home is now available in the San Diego market — for free! Along with agents in Phoenix, Dallas, Oklahoma City, Orlando, Atlanta, Houston, Las Vegas, Denver, Raleigh and Charlotte, San Diego agents can create virtual home tours for all of their listings.

3D Home tours boost your listings’ exposure, give home sellers the best possible presentation of their listings and provide shoppers with the details they need to make decisions. If you’re not in one of the areas where 3D Home is already live, don’t worry. We’re planning to roll out nationwide next month!
