We're excited to introduce our latest updates designed to improve your experience and aid efficiency. Check out three new features that will help you manage your touring agreements, temporarily pause incoming leads, and plan connections more effectively.

Zillow’s new Touring Agreement launched in select states

  • Overview: On August 1, Zillow’s Touring Agreement launched in 24 states, letting you initiate a signed written agreement with the buyer right in the Premier Agent app.
  • Details: This optional, non-exclusive agreement covers a buyer's touring activities for 7 days. As part of the setup, you decide whether you want to send the agreement automatically or manually when buyers are scheduling a tour.
  • Benefits: With NAR policy changes taking effect August 17, this feature helps streamline your process so you get a signed agreement prior to the first tour.

Note: Remember to consult with your broker before using any new forms.

Team leads can set connection targets for their agents

  • Overview: As of August, team leads are able to set specific connection targets for each team member in a new feature called Agent Connection Planning.
  • Details: Utilizing Zillow’s data-driven recommendations, team leads can optimize the number of connections assigned to each agent, aiding individual performance. You can find Agent Connection Planning in the Premier Agent app by heading to the Team tab and clicking on Agent capacity & lead routing.
  • Benefits: This enables team leads to strategically allocate connections to high-performing agents, automating distribution and pacing to boost effectiveness across the team.

Agents can temporarily pause incoming leads

  • Overview: Starting in July, we introduced Agent Self-Pause to let you temporarily halt incoming leads for up to 24 hours. It’s now available in all Enhanced Markets, allowing you to concentrate on current clients.
  • Details: Team leads can toggle this feature off/on at any time in Routing Settings and have visibility to check who on the team is paused at a glance. We recommend that agents use this feature only when necessary, such as during showings, to manage their workload effectively.
  • Benefits: This can save team leads time by reducing the need to manually pause and unpause agents. Team members can use Self-Pause to focus on present clients and improve readiness for new connections, helping ensure a better experience for buyers.

Note: Agent Self-Pause is only available to teams who have not opted out. Team leads make the decision whether or not to use this optional feature.
