Keeping up with client communication can be a challenge, even for seasoned agents. Mackinzie Ross, productivity coach at Keller Williams Group One in Reno, NV, shares her tips on lead communication and conversion on our first episode of PA Pro Tips.

Make a great first impression

When it comes to converting leads to clients, great introductions and speedy communication are essential.

“Buyers have a list of characteristics they use to determine which agent to work with, but when it comes down to it, first impressions carry the most weight. Eighty percent of buyers find their initial impression of the agent’s trustworthiness and responsiveness to be important in their decision.”

There’s no one-size-fits-all answer to how and when to respond to leads. Mackinzie recommends asking clients about their preferred method of communication and how often you should reach out. She uses Premier Agent CRM text messaging to stay connected with clients no matter where she’s working.

Cement client relationships with My Agent

Strengthening a relationship with a client by being responsive to their needs throughout their search is just as important as the first impression.
