By now you’ve heard about new client insight tools that give you actionable insights based on your client’s activity and predictive signals into what steps they're likely to take. But did you know that these tools give you insight into buyers and sellers in Follow Up Boss?
These new features surface information about the seller’s home, timeline to sell, and comparable homes within the Zillow Premier Agent embedded app in Follow Up Boss that can help you adjust your strategy to secure the appointment and win the listing. Leverage these new insights alongside the recently launched High Intent Seller and Connected with Opendoor contact tags to take your seller outreach strategy to the next level by tailoring your approach based on the seller’s unique needs and motivations. For example, if you see that they are looking to sell quickly, you could highlight how quickly you’ve helped past clients sell.
When viewing a seller connection in Follow Up Boss, you’ll see a tab in the Zillow Premier Agent embedded app called “Seller - Home Details.” In this tab, you’ll see information about the home, estimated market value, seller’s timeline to sell, and more.
You’ll see a tab in the Zillow Premier Agent embedded app called “Seller - Comparable Homes.” In this tab, you can browse the similar homes that we presented to the seller when they were exploring their options, and used to calculate the estimated market value.
