Quick tips for getting started

When you’re getting started with Zillow Premier Agent, follow these quick tips to help ensure the success of your investment.  

For new Zillow Premier Agents:  

  • Save our number in your phone: We’ll call from 206-539-0456 to connect you live with home buyers. Answer when you’re available.
  • Update your contact information: When we have a new connection for you, we’ll call the phone number listed on your agent profile or you will receive an In-App Connection. Make sure your contact information is current.
  • Enable push notifications: Download the Zillow Premier Agent App if you haven’t yet. Enable the push notifications on your phone to get alerts about your new connections and leads, along with reminders when you need to take action.
  • Disable call screening and recorded greetings: Call screening options available in VOIP services, like Google Voice, interfere with our automated calling system.

For team leaders who are new to Zillow Premier Agent:

  • Disable routing rules for any third-party CRMs: Connect your third-party CRM to each team member’s Zillow Premier Agent account. When an agent answers our call, we’ll pass the lead assignment directly to the Zillow Premier Agent CRM.
  • Enable “Broadcast” for your team routing rules: With broadcast on for your Zillow Premier Agent team routing rules, we call up to five of your agents simultaneously. The first to answer gets the connection, maximizing your answer rate and improving your experience score.
  • Consider who answers our calls: Make sure it’s a team member who is ready to talk to home buyers about their search. The first interaction with a connection can strengthen the relationship on behalf of other team members.
