Updates to Zillow Premier Agent for April 2020

To better serve our Zillow Premier Agents, we’re continuously updating products to adapt with the changing times. Get caught up below.

New: Automated tour connection callsn

We’ve automated tour connection calls to help you get in touch with buyers faster, and understand their tour preference (in-person or video) before you connect. Video and in-person options are available in all markets where tours have launched (except DC, HI, NJ and WY). Buyers also see a public health notice when requesting a tour. Virtual open houses

You can now promote virtual open houses on your Zillow listings! Virtual open houses are live events held on a specific date, during a specific window of time. Unlike a recorded video tour or Zillow 3D Home® tour which may be viewed at any time, virtual open houses are scheduled events that can drum up excitement for your client’s home. Even better, they’re a great alternative to in-person open houses. Learn how to add an event to your Zillow listings and check with your MLS on the ability and process of adding virtual open houses.

More video options for your listings

In order to support agents, we’re pivoting to a new video solution that allows more freedom for creating recorded video tours and adding them to for-sale listings. Now, you may choose your preferred device, software, etc., to record and edit. These video walkthroughs help listings stand out and be more accessible — and give potential buyers a feel for a home.

Customer experience surveys get a new lookn

As part of our efforts to get the most accurate feedback from customers who connect with agents through our sites, we’ve replaced the star ratings in our customer experience survey with faces. Tests have shown this new rating design improves clarity for buyers and sellers on the rating they are providing. Customers will still rate the level of service you have provided on a 5-point scale.

Upgrade to iOS 12+ for the latest & greatest on the app

If your device runs iOS 11, upgrade to iOS 12 or newer to continue receiving new features and bug fixes for the Zillow Premier Agent app. You may continue to use the app with iOS 11, but you won’t have access to future app versions. For help upgrading your iOS, visit Apple Support.
