This month Zillow Premier Agent gives you more ways to nurture leads and keep your pipeline moving efficiently. Learn how our latest updates make it easier to get buyer insights, create My Agent relationships, manage your inbox and more.

See how our app helps you stay a step ahead, nurture leads, track performance and more — all from the palm of your hand. This video will give you highlights of new features like the in-app connection experience, AI-powered home recommendations and buyer activity.

New capabilities in your inbox

Now it’s simpler to engage clients from your inbox by using a premieragent.com email address. When you use this new email address, you’ll be able to see all your messages in a single thread in your inbox. Sending emails back and forth with clients will extend My Agent relationships for another 30 days — just like when you text.

Your inbox now also includes the same useful filters you already have in Contacts, so you can easily find and focus on your most important messages. Plus, take advantage of the new feature that allows you to use your email signature in the app.

Don’t miss a beat with your newsfeed

You no longer have to check the newsfeed to see if a new post has been published. Now, a blue dot will appear next to the Newsfeed menu when you have unread news, updates or announcements. 

Daily buyer activity email

Focus your attention where it’s needed most with the new daily buyer activity email! Now, when you have a My Agent relationship with a client, this email will tell you what they’ve been up to on Zillow in the past 24 hours. Check out the number of homes they’ve viewed, a snapshot of their most recent activities and a link to more details in the CRM. You’ll only get an email report when you have active clients, so be sure to look at it to stay on top of your motivated leads.

My Agent button on your profile

It’s easier than ever to establish new My Agent relationships with any of your clients who are active on Zillow. Now, when someone clicks the new Add as your agent button on a Zillow Premier Agent’s profile, we’ll create a My Agent relationship that can last up to a year. Learn more about this new feature and start sharing your profile with your clients.

New training course on converting leads

Dive deeper into Zillow Premier Agent tools and industry best practices for converting leads. Our new training course covers:

New agent billing platform

Access your invoices, manage payment methods and pay off past-due balances directly from the CRM with our new agent billing platform. This feature is available now for agents and lenders who were new to Zillow Premier Agent as of July 8 and will roll out in phases to all other agents starting in mid-August.

Zillow home tour requests continue to expand

With the recent addition of California, Georgia, Arizona, North Carolina, Texas and Florida, Zillow home tour requests are now live in half of the United States! For agents, tour requests remove the first hurdle of scheduling a face-to-face meeting with a connection.
