This month, we’re excited to announce that tour connections have rolled out nationwide! Keep reading to discover more ways we’re helping you connect with buyers and sellers with Zillow Premier Agent.
All Zillow Premier Agents are now able to connect with buyers who have requested a tour. Once a buyer submits a tour request, we’ll confirm their details and then connect them with an agent. Buyers can request both in-person and video-chat tours — read more about how tour connections work here.
We're seeing more buyers prefer to be contacted via SMS instead of a phone call. To better serve them and you, we developed an automated process that lets you accept a connection and receive information without going through a Zillow representative.
Agents may now select a status for each of their transactions in the Zillow Premier Agent app on desktop and mobile devices. You'll find this especially helpful when guiding clients through selling and buying processes at the same time, as well as for Flex billing purposes. We've also replaced the ability to delete transactions with the option to set a transaction status to Canceled.
