To continue rewarding agents who consistently go above and beyond, the Customer Experience Report got a refresh. Scores now better reflect a client's overall experience with you throughout their home-buying journey. The goal is to give you a more holistic view of the quality of service you provide. Here's what's new:

  • Your score now includes responses from surveys sent 24 hours, 15 days and 45 days after you first speak to a connection.
  • The scoring model has been adjusted to favor a larger number of survey responses (up to 20 for individuals and 40 for teams).
  • Survey responses from foreclosure connections will no longer negatively impact your score.

New and updated training courses

The new Zillow Premier Agent 101 course is packed with powerful best practices to help you optimize all the tools at your disposal. Discover how to put these resources to work so you can win with clients and close more deals. 

Curious to learn more about the recent changes to your Customer Experience Report? This updated training course explains how each section of your report is calculated and what it means to your business. It also offers tips for improvement.

Mobile pre-connection experience

Get the info you need before you get on the phone with a prospective home buyer. When you accept an opportunity to talk with a live connection, we'll send you a push notification to review before your call with details about the buyer and the property that interests them. To use this feature, be sure you’ve enabled push notifications and downloaded the newest version of the Zillow Premier Agent App.* 

Call recordings available for all connections

Call recordings available for all connections

You've been able to listen back to some of your introductory conversations with your connections. Now 100% of these call recordings are available in your Zillow Premier Agent Inbox. Reference these anytime for specific details as well as opportunities to improve your conversations.n

Inbox updates: Email read receipts

Now you can see when a prospect has opened an email sent via the Zillow Premier Agent App. This new functionality is available on desktop and will be added to mobile in the future.

Kansas, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont, Michigan, Montana, Oregon, Mississippi, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Nevada are the newest states where people can schedule a home tour online. They join Washington, Idaho, Colorado, Minnesota and Delaware, and the cities of Philadelphia and Charleston, South Carolina.
