We’re improving products to help agents adapt. Stay current on everything from tour connections to home details in the Zillow Premier Agent app.
To ensure you always have the latest data and info on a listing, now public home details pages will appear in the Zillow Premier Agent app. Instead of tapping into the property tab on new leads, you’ll tap on the property snapshot to access the full home details page. This means you’ll see exactly what buyers see, rather than a property page, so that you can provide them with a more consistent experience.
To clean up direct call recordings, recordings that are 12 months or older will now be deleted. This will help declutter your inbox so it's easier to find your calls from direct contacts. Don’t worry — this won’t impact connection calls so you can still review those calls and improve.
When a tour connection comes in, you’ll get a notification if that listing has an existing Zillow 3D Home® tour or video walkthrough, making it easier to share. We hope this helps you have a great first impression with a new connection.
Did you reach your goal to schedule an in-person or virtual appointment? Beginning June 7, we’ll be asking if you set an appointment after you hang up with a connection. We hope this feedback will help you track the rate at which you set appointments.
