New: Seamless connections

To improve your experience, we’re rolling out a more streamlined way to connect you with buyers through the Zillow Premier Agent app: seamless connections. When receiving connections through the app, you’ll be able to quickly access buyer and property information so you can make the most of that first conversation. Heads up: There are a few changes to your phone’s settings that can help you receive seamless connections more smoothly. Here’s what to expect.

nTrack your appointments in the app

What a Zillow Premier Agent sees when they hang up from a connection call: A screen on their app, asking if they've set an appointment.

In August 2020, we launched an update in the Zillow Premier Agent app that asks agents if they’ve successfully set an appointment after a connection call. When you indicate that an appointment was set, your app update keeps track of the connection’s status, appointment date and time, and allows you to add the meeting to your calendar. We know your days are full, and we hope this will help you stay on top of your busy schedule.n
