Call recordings now available for connections

Listen back to your introductory conversations with live connections in your Zillow Premier Agent inbox! Whether you want to refresh your memory about specific details or review conversations for coaching opportunities, you can now find recordings of your calls with live connections in the app and CRM. Recordings are currently available for the majority of connections, and we’ll expand to all connections in the coming months.

Create virtual tours for free with our appn

Zillow 3D Home is now available in all markets. Our free mobile app for iOS makes it easy to enhance your Zillow and Trulia listings with immersive virtual tours. Simply use an iPhone to capture panoramas of each room in a home, and the app automatically builds the tour for you. Give it a try today.

Text-to-voice (TTV) notification shut down

To better help you prioritize the phone calls you receive from us, we’ve disabled text-to-voice lead notifications. Now, when you receive a lead-related phone call from us, it will always be because we have a live connection for you. We'll still use email, push notifications and text message alerts for all leads, so you'll always know the minute a new lead hits your inbox.

Home tour requests expanded on Zillow

Seattle and Boise, ID, now join Charleston, SC, as cities where home buyers can schedule a home tour in just a few taps. Home shoppers simply select the day and time they'd like to view a property on the home details page, and we call Zillow Premier Agents based on share of voice to find someone available to show that home. The home shopper and agent then receive each other's contact information so the agent can follow up. Stay tuned for updates on where we’ll go next!
