Updates to Zillow Premier Agent for January 2020

We've kicked off the new year with some big news and key enhancements for tour connections — as well as more ways to stay on top of your business from an Android phone. As always, make sure you have the latest version of the Zillow Premier Agent app so you can access new features on iOS and Android devices.

Tour connections launch in markets across the US

As of Jan. 16, buyers in select ZIP codes in all states except Hawaii, New Jersey and Wyoming plus Washington, D.C., can request home tours on Zillow and Trulia. Tour connections simplify the process of getting your first face-to-face meeting with a connection.

Tour connection reminders in your inbox

Now it’s easier to keep track of your tour connections in the app! On both mobile and desktop, you’ll see a reminder in your inbox to confirm your appointment with the buyer and a button to add it to your calendar. As with your other connections, you’ll receive a push notification with easy next steps for following up after you’ve accepted a tour connection.

Routing rules for tour connections

Team leaders can now set up routing rules for tour connections. This allows you to send all tour requests to an admin who has access to your team members' calendars and can help with scheduling.

From routing rules in the desktop version of the app:

• Click Create a new rule.
• Select Lead type as the attribute.
• Choose Tour connection as the lead type.
• Select how you want to assign to team members.
• Click Create rule.
• Back on the main routing rules page, move this rule to the top of the list to make sure it’s applied to all tour connections.

Read receipts for Android

Now Android users can see when a prospect has opened an email sent from the Zillow Premier Agent app. This feature is also available for iOS and desktop.

Zillow Offers now live in Tucson, Arizona
