Better desktop navigation

nIt’s even easier to keep your business running smoothly with improved desktop navigation across all Zillow Premier Agent pages. Whether you want to update your routing rules, manage your listings, review your advertising preferences, explore your reports or get additional support, everything is just a click away from your inbox.

Pause lead delivery to team members

nTeam leaders can pause lead delivery to specific team members without having to update existing routing rules. Make sure you have the latest version of the app so you can access this new feature anytime from the Zillow Premier Agent CRM on desktop and mobile.

Updated lead statuses

nLead statuses and notifications now give you more details and clarity about new connections and leads so you can follow up with greater confidence. You'll see this improved messaging in your Zillow Premier Agent inbox and with each new lead notification you receive.

Home tour requests now live in Charleston, SC

Home shoppers in select Charleston ZIP codes can now request home tours on Zillow with the tap of a button. Shoppers simply select the day and time they'd like to view a property and we connect them with available Zillow Premier Agents. Stay tuned — we’re planning to introduce home tour requests to more areas in the coming months!

New CC and BCC fields for emails

When sending emails with the Premier Agent CRM, you can now add additional recipients with new CC and BCC fields. This allows you to communicate more easily with your buyers and provides additional ways for you to keep your lender partners involved in the process. At this time, these new fields are only available on desktop.
