This month brings new ways for you to win with clients! From buyer notes to our Flex program test, here are the latest product updates and improvements to the Zillow Premier Agent CRM and App.

Buyer notes for connections

Zillow Premier Agent App buyer notes example

Zillow Premier Agents can access notes about their connections by viewing a contact’s information within the app or CRM. Buyers often share valuable information about themselves when speaking with us, and now those details are captured so you’re better prepared to help your connections from day one.

Flex program test in four markets

Starting in June we'll be testing our Flex program with Zillow Premier Agents in four select markets — two in Colorado and two in Connecticut. Flex aligns Zillow’s business with agents’ success in two ways: by providing connections and leads at no upfront cost, and by rewarding agents who create great outcomes for their clients with more connections and leads. Improvements to reduce spam call volume

Say goodbye to spam calls and robodials. When your tracked phone number is dialed, the caller will now need to validate themselves by pressing “1” on their keypad. This feature won’t impact your call volume from real home shoppers.

Best of Zillow badges now awarded monthly

Best of Zillow, our highest mark of distinction for exceptional customer service, will now be awarded monthly. This means Zillow Premier Agents with a Customer Experience Score of 90 or higher will be recognized more quickly with a badge on their profile to stand out to buyers and sellers in their market.

Contact history on mobile

Agents are now able to access their contact history from the Zillow Premier Agent App on both Android and iOS, extending the functionality that already exists on desktop to their phones. This will make it easier for you to keep track of the actions you’ve taken with each of your leads when you’re away from your desk.

Zillow Offers now live in the Twin Cities

Zillow Offers, our home-selling solution for homeowners who want more predictability, is now live in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area. The Twin Cities join nine other active markets in the U.S., including Denver, Atlanta, Phoenix, Houston, Las Vegas, Riverside in California and Raleigh, North Carolina. Zillow Offers removes stress and hassles for sellers while delivering high-intent, high-quality seller leads to agents and preserving their commissions.

More markets with home tour requests on Zillow

Washington, Colorado, Minnesota, Delaware and Philadelphia have joined the growing list of places where home shoppers can schedule a tour with just a few taps. Home shoppers simply select the day and time they'd like to view a property, and then we call Zillow Premier Agents based on share of voice to find someone available to show the home. The home shopper and agent receive each other's contact information so the agent can follow up. This new feature is also live in Seattle; Boise, Idaho; and Charleston, South Carolina.
