Tour connection process simplified

How do tour connections work? Recent updates have streamlined the process for both agents and buyers. When a buyer requests a tour, we'll confirm that you're available at the specified time. You’ll check the home's availability and confirm or reschedule accordingly with the buyer. Check out this overview of how this simplified connection process works.

Updated training: Get the most out of your CRM

Strengthen your business with tools in the Zillow Premier Agent app! Our updated training course will help you maximize your connections with My Agent, communicate confidently, close efficiently and track your performance. Get started now.

Contact list improvements

We've started rolling out new contact list details that make it easier to focus on connections and leads who need your attention most. Soon, your contact list will highlight your contacts’ most recent activity, show when you last communicated with them and provide quick access to your most recent notes. Keep an eye out for these improvements on the desktop version of the app later this month. 

Get lead report data anytime in the app

The data in your pipeline report is now available in the Lead report section of the app. Check out your regularly updated data, including info on connections and leads sent to your inbox, anytime, anywhere. With this change, your pipeline report will no longer be sent via email. See your report.

Read this if you import Gmail leads

Do you import Gmail leads to your Zillow Premier Agent app? If so, you'll need to set up email forwarding in Gmail to continue receiving these messages in your inbox after Dec. 31, 2019. Effective Jan. 1, 2020, Gmail will be changing its data requirements for third-party applications, and we'll no longer be supporting this integration.

Flex program expands to Phoenix and Atlanta

In October, Phoenix became the fifth market to introduce our Flex program test. Atlanta will launch as the sixth market on Nov. 13. Flex aligns Zillow’s business with agents’ success in two ways: by providing connections and leads at no upfront cost, and by rewarding agents with more connections and leads when they create great outcomes for their clients.
