Introducing Zillow Tech Connect: Reports

We are excited today to announce the launch of Zillow Tech Connect: Reports.

Joining the existing Tech Connect pillars of Leads and Reviews, Tech Connect: Reports will allow MLSs and brokerages who send their listings directly to Zillow to have access to expanded reporting on their listings.

ListTrac is the first partner to join Zillow Tech Connect: Reports. In addition to its core offerings, ListTrac will now give agents and brokers the opportunity to see how their listings are performing on Zillow and across the Web.

What about the Zillow Data Dashboard?

At first glance, Zillow Tech Connect: Reports may seem redundant with the recently announced Zillow Data Dashboard. Greg Schwartz, Zillow Group chief revenue officer, explains why there are two similar, but different, offerings:

“Having clear metrics around listing performance is crucial to all our MLS and brokerage partners. We offer a great option to those partners who’ve elected to implement the Zillow Data Dashboard, but Zillow prides itself on being an open platform. We are happy to offer MLSs and brokers the opportunity to use the reporting solution they are most comfortable with and that best fits their needs, which includes solutions like ListTrac and its offerings.”

About Zillow Tech Connect

In addition to Zillow Tech Connect: Reports, the Zillow Tech Connect platform includes Zillow Tech Connect: Leads and Zillow Tech Connect: Reviews. The platform allows technology companies to connect their systems with Zillow, creating a more seamless experience for the brokers and agents who use Zillow as a key component of their marketing efforts, for free. Zillow Tech Connect: Reports is expected to launch in the coming weeks.
