Regarding the property at 32 Hickory Hill, the suggestion to increase your offer was based on market conditions and seller feedback. It's important to note that final sale prices can vary based on multiple factors, and I strive to ensure my clients are fully informed at every step. Also it’s worth mentioning that you actually never proceeded with said offer and withdrew it the same day once it was accepted. But unfortunately over the weekend the seller has received a better offer and since you were not even under attorney review yet, the seller had the legal rights to entertain all other offers but has given you the opportunity to upgrade yours. Out of a few options you had, you have decided to upgrade your offer to the original listed price of $525k. As the result the seller proceeded with your contract on 06/25/2024. Additionally, throughout the entire process, I’ve worked hard to respect your preferences and to guide you in the best way possible. My role is to ensure that you understand every detail of the contract and that you feel confident in your decisions. That said, some of the statements made in your review are factually incorrect. Please be strongly advised, that intentionally misleading, false and deceptive statements may result in serious legal actions against you for the defamation of character.
