You are not giving your real name. All other recommendations are real because it is easy to verify their real names with deeds and tax records. I keep track of every single buyer and seller, I am not just a Realtor I am also a Lawyer therefore I know my clients in detail: you already purchased a house with me 9 years ago for $40,000 and I helped you from beginning to end. Please remember that I never contacted you as a Realtor after you purchased the only property that you bought with me. I never show you any other property, you didn't come to my office to sign a new offer or presented updated proof of funds. All this is needed when you intend to buy a house. Next time if the agent is not in contact with you don't assume that is working for you.
