Ms. Sharp. 1) You knew I was going out of the country but wanted to apply immediately so as not to lose the home. 2) We were in constant contact while I was away. Your application was processed and approved while I was on vacation. 3) You and I had specifically discussed the Earnest Money conditions 4) You changed your mind about renting after the house had been taken off the market for a week and a half 5) Don't forget that I offered to pro-rate your deposit based on finding a replacement tenant and that process is still ongoing.
