I love helping and educating people especially the newbies and first time home buyers.  I've spent years putting people into apartments and now i'm focusing on getting them out of renting, breaking the cycle of resigning leases and into a brand new home.  Anyone paying $1,000+ in Austin for a 1 bedroom or $1300+ for a 2 bedroom can certainly afford to buy a small house, garden home, duplex, townhouse or condo as long as their have a "good" credit...
