Phyllis, despite all the work we did for you, lowering your commission, helping you get the home ready for sale & assisting with the decluttering not to mention the countless hours spent consulting on how the process would work. Regardless, you decided to leave an unfavorable review. This despite disagreeing with you when you canceled a perfectlly good contract. We then negotiated an ALL CASH Contract in 7 days that was more than the 1st offer. Then you asked us to help you to Buy the home you moved into. We're not sure where we went wrong but thank you for your business & hope life is better for you these days. Sorry it took so long to reply.
