    This real story: The sellers contacted me to help cuz his house was 1 month away from foreclosure. I fund out that the seller have close to $80,000 equity, which would be lost if he lets the house go into foreclosure. Since the Sellers had no money to pay all the past due payments to bring the mortgage current. I called to bank to stop foreclosure. I have the buyer, the house had major deferred maintenance, I had to find someone who has the financial ability to guarantee a lender that this house will be brought back to a livable status. I convinced my investor to advance money to help the seller purchase trailer in which they intended to live. I discounted my commission to help the seller and the sellers refused to move out for 3 weeks after closed of escrow, Amilia Peng Stop That FORECLOSURE and The seller NET close to $ 80,000.00 instead loosing his house!!!
