Hi Amanda, Thank you for your feedback. Our appointment to see a rental unit was cancelled by the landlord four hours before our scheduled appointment. The landlord told me there wasn't going to be access that afternoon because he was doing necessary work in the unit which made it an unsafe environment for showings. I messaged you immediately since I knew you weren't going to be able to talk that afternoon as you were in exams. We had a confirmed appointment for the next week, I have this in writing. Just before the the showing I messaged you about where to park. I also called to see if you needed help finding the location. All calls went directly to voicemail. We have never met.
