While we cannot control an appraiser's business, our team will communicate and assist our clients with appraisal issues through transparent communication. As a third party, our Appraisal Management Company works with only licensed and certified appraisers who are familiar with the market of the subject property. Due to increased volume, many appraisers are experiencing an increased workload at this time.
