    Eric failed to show up for our scheduled appointment for a tour. He kept us waiting outside of the apartment for 20min just to find out he wasn’t showing up. He eventually called us back and agreed to meet us the next day. The next day, he made false...

    Hello Rosalio. I'm genuinely sorry you had a bad experience. I do regret missing our first appointment. I apologized to you and I meant it. Regarding a discount. I respectfully disagree. I did not offer a discount during the showing. Regarding the paper applications. Those were indeed old documents. Our application process is fully online. I was making no attempt to mislead you. At the end of the day I am very sorry you had a bad experience. I know that I, as a manager, can learn and grow. I will take this feedback to heart and endeavor to practice management more openly and fairly.
