On 7/22/15 you said you wanted to make an offer but didn't. In the days that followed I asked several times for your offer. On 9/21 an offer was submitted, I let you know that you could submit an offer too. You said you would make an offer. On 9/24 I texted you to let you know that the offer still had not been signed by the owners, as they were waiting on YOUR offer. Hours later you texted me and told me you wanted to submit an offer if it was not too late. Again I asked how much & what terms? On 9/26 I texted you asking again for price and terms. You texted me back and told me you were busy. On 9/27 the offer was accepted by the owners you went ballistic and blamed me. I am sorry, but I cannot force you to write an offer. I asked you several times and you did nothing. Your review is not truthful, just hurtful.

Mary, I did send you some lot listings and I never heard back from you. As far as the list of lots and homes that you were interested in, well I never got those. Here is what I did get from you. Mary CLARIDGE says: "My husband and I are relocating from Kentucky. I are interested in finding a lot approx 1/2 acre. We would prefer something that is already cleared and ready for building. Our budget is $50K or below (prefer to stay around$25K). We are looking anywhere in the Northern Florida area as far down as Gainesville (prefer to stay near the gulf area). We will be visiting Pennsacola the weekend of May 16th. Thank you, Mary Claridge I am glad that you found an agent that is eager to help you and I hope that you do find what you are looking for.
