I have a fiduciary duty with the landlord to lease the property as soon as possible on a first come first serve basis. I made you aware of this during our first conversation. on average, we lease 2-10 properties per month. . By the time you decided that you were willing to pay rent at both places, the property was already pre-leased due to high demand. We have go with first come first server basis.
