From our first meeting in which Brent explained strategies for selling to the text Brent sent when the sale officially closed, we were extremely pleased with Brent’s knowledge, patience, and attention to detail for our first home sale. We couldn’t be any happier with the outcome. We knew we had an amazing home to sell, which Brent and Lisa Kohr of Simply Staged helped us show to advantage. Brent arranged for professional photos, video and floor plan which made sure that potential buyers were seeing our house to full advantage. We used the “Coming Soon” designation to build interest. We had vacated the home before it was on the market, and once the house was open for showings, Brent would go every morning and evening to check on the house. It turned out to be really good. Thanks to a knowledgeable local agent. After the first interview, I was most impressed by his professionalism, honesty, detailedness, and rich experience in both real estate and construction. And we did it! We got a nice townhouse in such a heated seller's market. Especially, if you are buying a house long distance, you need someone who is professional and trustworthy, will take care of all details well. In the whole complicated house purchasing process, he strategized for us to win with a pretty reasonable price in a crazy market and then he educated many parts we didn't know that we didn't know, especially something unique for Northern Virginia.
