    Mr. Abramson, The sale was advertised as a short sale (you can still find the remarks on the listing history) It was disclosed to you as I'm sure your attorney did too so it didn't "turned out to be a short sale" as you stated. When purchasing a property through a short sale process, the owner is not responsible for any repairs or CCO - the buyer is! Thanks to the fact that I was a dual agent, I convinced the seller to do some repairs at his own expense. I'm sorry you feel that way and I wish you all the best.
