All steps were taken to include a Home inspection and home warranty. This home closed without issues. The buyers chose to replace the broken windows that were on the inspection report after closing. Due to the company the buyers hired to replace the windows, and agreeing to let the seller who lived out of state order the replacements and ship to the home, that process took several tries. Wrong windows being delivered. Complaints are not justified and all emails, record keeping to protect both the buyers and selling agent were appropriately in place with no justification of their dissatisfaction. It is an unfortunate chain of events when people do not own the outcome from their own decisions even when recommendations are made to prevent such issues. It is very important not to close on a home with existing issues because it is difficult to get the service you deserve after the funds have been transferred. Patience will always be on your side when purchasing a home.
