Every issue you stated was with the seller not me. I didn't get to keep your deposit, the seller did. He got to keep it because he was legally entitled to it. The property was being sold way under value 329k for an as is sell, it sold for 354k. It had one bad plug. Offering the inspection proves that I wasn't trying to hide anything and that there wasn't any real issues. The seller didn't have any knowledge of the property, he bought it and listed it for sale. You knew all of this going into it.
