I spoke with Arlene at about 445 PM on Friday following up on attempts 8 hours before by email through Zillow. The home is for rent and she did ask about lease-purchase. After that, our recollections and my notes of the conversation vary. However, I offered to present any purchase offer to the landlord along with her offer for non-refundable earnest money. She was not interested in just leasing and claimed she did not want to keep moving. She hung up on me. Any bone fide written offers are relayed to my clients. I am sorry that she didn't like her options and as for my client's personal life, I did relay that when he returns to the area, the reason he will not likely move into the 5 bedroom home. There was nothing confidential shared. As a Realtor I may not always please all customers, but I work hard to represent my clients, including this one. I do apologize to this customer and if she had emailed me this first, would have apologized and tried to resolve her issues.
