Property managed a home I rent.Local knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillsMr. Pinedda was dishonest in his dealings and never returned any phone calls or emails except to demand funds. He did not follow through on any promises to make the home safe for habitation, and I would never recommend him to anyone.
