I apologize that the owner would not reduce the rent. Sometimes its hard and frustraing when you are looking for a home to rent and the amount the owners are asking are more than one wants to pay. Sometimes the owners will negotiate, and other times they will not. We try our best to put tenants and owners together. I do apologize for not getting back right away. Sometimes we get overwhelmed with phone calls and are unable to reach owners right away. It is frustrating on our end too.
