I'm sorry I do not have you on records as a past nor current tenant. Base on the address you've listed, I've reviewed the old file & will go off of that. I'm sorry that you feel I did not keep my words, but I did not promise you anything. Your family signed a contract with late fee terms clearly stated. When you pay late, late fees will applied. Request for repairs, service fee deductibles will applied. Contracts are enforceable by law. I've been in this business long enough to know everything needs to be in writing. We repaired everything that were reported. You're simply not happy because you have to pay the service repair fees. If we were so terrible, then why did you stayed with us for over 3 years? It's easy to criticize & project your lack of understanding of your obligations towards another as if they did something wrong to you. I wish you & your family the best at your new home.
