Hi Timothy, I'm very sorry to see that you felt this way about the sale of your previous home and purchase of your new home. I pride myself on providing excellent service to my Clients and I believe I did the same for you. I thought we had a great relationship and that things had gone well through both transactions, which is why I was surprised to read your comments. Your home search criteria was very specific and in this very low inventory environment it was incredibly challenging to find homes that suited what you were looking for. Despite that, I was able to find and show you multiple homes over the course of a year. I coordinated the sale of your home and the purchase of your dream home while negotiating a Contingent sale, which in this highly competitive market was nearly a miracle. All of the terms associated with both Contracts were discussed at length, including the pros/cons of both, and eventually agreed upon by all parties - including the home warranties. Regarding the AC going out, at the time of inspection the AC was in normal working order and I can't control what happens to the house and it's components before or after a sale. Unfortunately home components do break down and there's no way to determine when that will happen. Based on our most recent conversation, just a week or so ago, I thought we had resolved your concerns. I do hope you are able to find many years of enjoyment in your home.
