    There's a reason that Evan is the only one star review on here. Everything on this review is untrue and I can provide anyone that would like to see our exchanges the text messages and emails. I never told him rats and roaches were part of city life. We didn't even have pest issues until Evan moved into the apartment. It never took a week to respond either. He would get immediate attention - even though he only wanted to reach out between the hours of 1am - 4am. In fact, I gave him the number to the pest control company that we hired so he could schedule appointments whenever he wanted. We had to establish a pest control contract because he was unable to keep a clean household. We no longer have that contract in this complex because the issue left once Evan left. Also, in case anyone is wondering, I normally don't give a tenant the contractor info and tell them to take care of it themselves because I like to schedule appointments for tenants... but Evan could never keep an appointment so it was easier for him to reschedule himself (again, rescheduling would normally occur between 1am - 4am the day of the appointment). However, even with the ability to schedule/reschedule appointments, free of cost at any time, Evan would not call the correct contractors. He would just google new ones then send the bill over expecting the owners to pay for any bills for contractors he arranged - which was completely unnecessary because we had a contract! It's not that he didn't like the contractors we had in place, he just couldn't (or wouldn't) follow instructions. We did pay a few of the bills, but at some point, we told him that he needs to follow the rules and that's where things fell apart. This review is a direct result of denying him a reimbursement for the last contractor he called without permission. Again, feel free to reach out if anyone would like to see the correspondence. It's evident after reading a few exchanges.
