I’m sorry you were disappointed, and I do wish things had gone differently. That said, I want to clarify a few points for accuracy. We never confirmed a showing time, and I was unaware that you would be arriving at the property. When you arrived, I let you know I was unavailable due to a family commitment taking my young kids to gymnastics. The property ended up renting quickly, which is common this time of year. I do my best to respond to every inquiry, but during peak season, with multiple listings and fast-moving inventory, some follow-ups do get missed. I take responsibility for not circling back to let you know the unit was taken, but to suggest I “blew you off as a client” feels unfair given we never formally engaged or met in person. I work hard to communicate clearly and respectfully with everyone, and I care deeply about providing a high standard of service and being respectful of time. I understand your frustration, and I’ll continue working to tighten communication during the busiest periods. Wishing you all the best!

Hey Caroline! I'm sorry. As mentioned, an application was already accepted on the apartment by the owners before you applied. The reason it was still showing active a few days later was because a lease wasn't signed yet. If there was an opportunity for you on the apartment I would have certainly been in touch with you. Since the pandemic there have definitely been adjustments to our business and we work hard to ensure every client or potential client is treated with first rate customer service.
