Dan, I am truly sorry you were not happy with your experience. As you can tell by my reviews I take my job very seriously and it is very important to me that my clients are happy. I have been a realtor for 30 yrs and am now selling homes to children of clients I helped many years ago. In regards to your review, you and I discussed this in great detail when you called me with your concern and I will reiterate here what we discussed then. We absolutely did discuss there being a homestead exempt on the home when you bought it and even talked about the fact that taxes may or may not go up when someone purchases a home based on sale price. Your mls printout also clearly stated that there was a homestead exemption currently on the home and you even signed a disclosure statement with the lender that you were made aware of it. So, although I do not understand your review, I am truly sorry that you were not happy. My career has been built on building relationships with happy clients.
