Colleen Tucker moved to Kent Island from Silver Spring, Maryland, and is a graduate of Queen Annes County High School.

She then went on to graduate with honors from the University of Baltimore with a BS in Criminal Justice. Her husband, Robert, is a Queen Anne's County native and they currently live in Centreville with their four children.
