I am Ram niwas. I studied engineering at the Lal Bahadur Shashtri College. My experience in technical support engineering includes a strong background in Microsoft Products as well. For this job, I am responsible for repairing a customer’s laptop. It doesn’t matter if the problem is hardware or software.
