I appreciate your feedback, and I apologize for the lack in communication due to being in transit. In the winter months, apartment pickings are slim due to low Vacancy rates, as an agent if there aren't apartments available in your budget, the next thing to do in find something a bit above and place an offer. Of course that is if you find the apartment suitable. Please feel free to communicate any issues directly with your agent, for a chance to fix the issue or explain.
