It is rather surprising to encounter the array of allegations that have been directed towards me, particularly considering my efforts to navigate the challenges that emerged throughout the entirety of this process. I remain steadfast in my commitment to treat all individuals with respect and uphold a strong work ethic, one that I have diligently cultivated over time. Throughout our interactions, it appears that there were consistent points of contention, leading to your perception that I was in some way incompetent. It's noteworthy that this perception was exclusive to only you. Not a single party involved in this transaction, including the listing agent, listing broker, seller, selling broker or myself shared your perception. Regarding the matter of contractors, I recall an instance in which your contractor arrived at the property in informal footwear (flip flops) and was unable to present proper licensing. In an effort to offer constructive solutions, I recommended two licensed contractors for your consideration. I also recall you arriving unannounced at the property on various occasions without prior notification, despite the property being occupied at the time. I informed you not to do so for it could cause inconvenience and infringe upon the seller's boundaries. It is important to clarify that I did not draft the contract in question; rather, the responsibility for its creation lay with the listing agent. My role extended to making necessary adjustments to the contract. I do understand your perspective on communication, as I believe your attorney's understanding was primarily informed by the information you provided. As far as you stating "you tried to fire me" an email would have been suffice to terminate our professional relationship. This was explained in the very beginning of our encounter. However, you decided to hire another agent without terminating our contract. There are rules and regulations that have to be considered. There were not any strings pulled. It's regrettable that our interactions have led you to perceive me in a negative light. My intention has always been to facilitate a successful transaction and provide a positive experience for all parties involved. Therefore, I extend my apologies for any miscommunications. I am committed to continuous improvement and am dedicated to enhancing the experience for all parties moving forward.
