She was very proficient with her paperwork, was accessible at all times, and always responded promptly and pleasantly ?? The first time we spoke she was on vacation in Florida and I called to request some contract related documents. I received the documents within a matter of minutes with an assist from her Broker and I was blown away. This is the level of service you want from a real estate agent. I can confidently say that Donna will do a phenomenal job, no matter where in the world she is, at helping anyone buy, sell, or invest in real estate." I reached out repeatedly via call, text and email to your husband. He would not respond. When I did get in touch with him and reminded him to read the contract and all documentation before signing off including attorney review he would inform me "he had people for that". Had he read his documents he would see that since you were residing in the house that you were purchasing it was agreed to in attorney review that you and your husband would handle inspections and the certificate of occupancy. He would tell me "this is the easiest transaction you are going to have." This is the house I assisted both of you in renting when no one else would rent to you. In addition, I had no access to the home, nor did the homeowner as you had changed the locks on the house. As for responding to the lender and attorneys they always received prompt responses from me, even when I was on vacation. I even attempted to call and speak with your husband and sent a text regarding closing to which I received no response. I frequently left reminder messages and texts regarding upcoming steps and procedures. I spoke with your lender almost daily leading up to your closing. He too expressed the same frustration with lack of timely responses from you and your husband. I find it interesting that you want to find fault with the person who attempted to communicate and support both of you throughout the process....but you and your husband chose not to participate.
