Hi Ava. I'm surprised to see the negative review, but I understand you did it out of frustration. However, the review is not truthful. 1. Application fees are non-refundable after we process them. 2. The owner chose to go with a stronger applicant. 3. As you can see my reviews, I and my staff are very friendly and we are always happy to help our clients but at times, especially with applications, it's out of control. In the rental market, there is a lot of competition and there were stronger applicants and we cannot hold you back from applying. It's not up to us to decide. 4. You came to look at our rental listing by the referral of our current tenant's brother I believe and I never said I will help you find another rental. Please understand that we care about our reputation and just because the owner chose to go with someone else, you shouldn't leave a negative review, especially untruthful about my stuff.
